Tenuta “Lo Cuoccio” is a retreat nestled in the Apulian countryside, housed in a historic 19th-century farmhouse, lovingly restored with respect for tradition. Surrounded by over 800 hectares of organically farmed land, the estate offers warm and welcoming spaces where modern comforts and rural authenticity coexist in perfect harmony.
The structure consists of a historic home dating back to the end of the 1800s, the farm, transformed into an agreed agritourism company. It offers a comfortable and relaxing stay by providing 16 rooms, divided into two types designed to meet different needs: Standard and Junior Suite. While preserving original architectural elements, the entire building has been renovated and renewed with simple but well -kept furnishings that recall the peasant soul of the place.
Tenuta “Lo Cuoccio” gives its guests the opportunity to spend pleasant days in contact with nature and animals, to taste typical Murgian dishes and to stay overnight in the area surrounded by greenery. Activities with experiential proposals such as the interaction with animals that develop the emotional area, the ability to relationship, manuality, sensory and reflection are envisaged.
